Cavs trim roster

The Cavaliers have waived point guard Kevin Anderson and guard/forward Justin Holiday on Wednesday. Both players appeared in just one preseason game - the 97-80 loss to Milwaukee on Tuesday in Canton - and scored three points. The roster now stands at 18. Three more cuts will need to be made.
