Lately, a lot of NBA teams have been calling up D-League players rather than signing veteran free agents who haven’t been playing all season.
This month, eight D-League players have already been signed by NBA teams, bringing the total number of call-ups this season to 26.
Teams have until April 17 to sign players who will be eligible for the first round of the postseason. Here are some of the top D-League players at each position, who could be called up at some point in the next month.
