EarPods review short version - For free, they are better than Apple's previous (awful) earbuds but not worth $30.

The earbuds that came with Apple's products were completely average. Not great, not awful but, for a period of time, iconic. For a little bit more money, you could get (subjectively) much better and, even at $30, you could buy earbuds that fit and sounded better. Now that Apple has announced their latest EarPods, we all hoped they would be improved. But according to TechRadar, "they're more than good enough if sound quality is not something you are bothered about."
