Jeffry Antigua, a 22-year-old lefty in the Cubs' system, is doing a nice job pitching for Este in the Dominican

Winter League. He has 11 strikeouts and 2 walks in 10 2-3 innings over nine outings out of the bullpen, with a .243 opponents' batting average. Antigua combined to go 3-4 with a 3.22 ERA in 34 appearances, including six starts, last year. He mostly pitched for Double-A Tennessee. He doesn't look like a high-ceiling guy but could put himself onto the radar with a strong season in 2013, possibly even receiving big-league consideration.
