Whispers are that not making the All-Star team and anxiety about being one of the few guards in his class not to lock up an extension last summer drove Jennings' decision. That's equally stunning, if true, since Excel (Jeff Schwartz) is sure to use the same leverage BDA (Bill Duffy) would have this summer with Milwaukee -- Monta Ellis potentially opting out of his deal -- to get something commensurate to what Steph Curry and Jrue Holiday got, which, for Jennings' body of work, would be generous.
