Stefan Bondy's post on Brooklyn Nets | Latest updates on Sulia
Since Mikhail Prokhorov’s takeover, he and the Nets marketing team have taken several shots at the Knicks --
including the “Blueprint for Greatness” billboard over MSG; Prokhorov’s “I’m going to turn Knicks fans into Nets fans,” Prokhorov’s “We don’t want to be like the Knicks. We want to resemble the Lakers,” Prokhorov’s “Stoudemire looks very sad (in Knicks billboard). He looks like he wants to play in Brooklyn,” and, of course, Prokhorov referring to Dolan as “little man.” The Knicks’ public response has been non-existent, for the most part, either because they feel above the trash talk or were hoping the Nets remain anonymous after the move to BK. That's clearly not going to happen. At the very least, it adds another storyline to Nov. 1.
