Mike Woodson said he would consider having Iman Shumpert practice with the Knicks’ D-League team the way Amar’e
did today.
But it all depends on where the Erie BayHawks are, but more importantly where the Knicks are and if they are in position to run all-out practices and scrimmages.
“He could possibly go that route too,” Woodson said. “He’s not at that stage yet. He’s still in the rehab and really trying to get on the floor where he can get to the point where he can cut and do some things. He’s on schedule, but that might not be a bad idea. Maybe we can get the BayHawks back up here for another day.”
