Nowitzki may have knee surgery

If Dirk Nowitzki's sore and swollen right knee doesn't respond to treatment, he may have to undergo arthroscopic surgery that could sideline him for a few weeks. But surgery is a last resort for the Mavs' suerpstar. Nowitzki would like to first see how his knee respond to treatment. And he's in good hands, since the Mavs have one of the best medical staffs in the entire NBA.
