Barcelona will not accept any offer for Villa in January. The club has spoken to him and so has Tito Vilanova, who by the way wants to be on the bench against Espanyol today, feeling stronger after his operation 17 days ago. Villa is not happy with his situation and his agent has been in England this year already, but he will wait till the end of the season to see if his situation changes. He has only played two full games this season and none of real importance. If he doesn't feel important anymore at the end of the season, he will consider a transfer with the Premier League as his preferred choice.
