Phil Simms says Eli is elite ... at shrugging off his mistakes.

Simms addresses Eli Manning on "NFL Monday QB" on CBS Sports Network: "There’s something to learn from the Manning family. It’s really incredible that in this day-and-age in the NFL, playing quarterback, that he has played in every game of his career. He has the Dan Marino mentality. It’s never his fault. In other words, it doesn’t bother him. If he throws an interception or something goes wrong, he just marches off the field… I think that is really one of Eli’s great qualities. He can shrug it off and keep on going."
