Also for those that missed it, my prediction for tonight's Giants-Redskins game ...
The Redskins are pretty confident they match up well against the Giants and I don’t disagree with that. They have a strong rushing attack and the Giants can be vulnerable to that, as evidenced by the 248 rushing yards they gave up the last time these two teams played. On top of that, RGIII is on a roll and doesn’t make many mistakes. ... He’s exactly the type of quarterback – and the Redskins run exactly the type of offense – designed to give the Giants’ defense fits. That’ll put the onus on Eli Manning and the offense, and they are certainly capable of the big game. But I’m not buying the revival just because they beat the Packers last Sunday night. I’ve seen them suffer a let down in these spots way too many times over the years. ... It just doesn’t seem Giants-like to expect them to all-but clinch the NFC East this early. As you know, they prefer to do things the hard way.
Final Score: Redskins 23, Giants 20.
