Steve Weatherford thinks Giants need to spend more time at the facility, especially the younger players:

“I think our effort has been great," Weatherford said. "As a group maybe everybody needs to spend a little more time here during the week. As the season goes on, people are getting more tired and there are more injuries. We have a lot of young guys on this team and I think maybe the older guys need to teach the younger guys that later in the season you need to spend a little more time studying film and taking care of your body because we plan on playing late into January. For the most part, we’re playing hard. The effort is there. The preparation is there. We’re just not as sharp as we need to be.”
