Some have asked about Sylven Landersberg's status. The Queens native played the final two games of the NBA Summer League with the Knicks after he started out with Minnesota. He wasn't getting burn with the T-Wolves so the Knicks offered him a spot. Landersberg, however, is not eligible to be signed this season because he inked a three-year deal with Maccabi Tel Aviv in April. So why play summer league? "Just to keep showing teams I'm out here and I'm still looking to play," he told me during an interview on MSG Network. "And so I just don't fall off the face of the earth."
