A sore lower back kept Jason Kidd out of tonight's Knicks' win over the Magic. But Mike Woodson said Kidd
"probably will play Friday" against the Bucks.
That’s the start of a back-to-back so naturally there is some question as to whether Kidd would play in both games.
Woodson was asked about that, particularly after Kidd played just 5:24 in the second half of last weekend’s back-to-back.
“That was totally me,” Woodson said. “That had nothing to do with Kidd. He could have played. He was on the bike. I thought at that time, Pablo was playing pretty good over the course of that game. So I’m going to still coach on feel and who's doing what. But Kidd's a big part of what we're doing here. And when it really counts I’m going to need him.”
