Al Iannazzone's post on New York Knicks | Latest updates on Sulia
The Knicks lost one key player but should be getting one back tomorrow when they play the 76ers.
Ronnie Brewer went through practice in full today. Mike Woodson said it looks good for Brewer, who had left knee surgery in September, to play and start.
"I’m going to talk to him in a minute, but I’m going to push him to play," Woodson said right after practice. "He looked good out here. It was his first time with contact so I started him on the blue team. We’ll see. If he tells me he’s ready to go we’ll start him tomorrow."
Chances are Brewer is going to tell Woodson he can play. Brewer wanted to play in the last two games. But the Knicks were cautious with him, understandably.
They have yet to be healthy. Amar'e Stoudemire is out 2-3 weeks with a ruptured cyst in his troublesome left knee. So it's better to be safe than sorry.
