According to Newsday, Tensator, Inc., which is based in Bay Shore, N.Y., worked with Rookie USA to create the Carmelo Anthony "virtual assistant." It is a life-sized, 3D image projection, with audio, that is designed to catch the attention of shoppers at stores and malls and provide information about the store and its products.
It includes Melo standing with his trademark Cheshire cat grin, which will likely further infuriate fans who start yelling at it to pass the ball.
