The #Flyers' Sean Couturier says he can benefit from playing with the AHL Phantoms during the NHL lockout.

“Its different level, (but) I still have to adapt myself," Couturier said. "I’m looking forward to it. It’s my second year of pro hockey so I want to bring more offense to my game. I know I have the offensive tools to do it and hopefully, I can show it."
