Steelers' DeCastro returns a changed player

It's been a long climb back for David DeCastro from the injury he sustained on Aug. 25 at Buffalo to his activation from the Reserve/Injured; Designated for Return list on Monday. DeCastro has come back a different man. "A learning experience," DeCastro assessed. "You learn a lot about yourself when you get hurt and you're out and you miss it. "I'll probably never take the game for granted again. I'm ready to go." DeCastro said his confidence level is right where it needs to be as he re-joins the 53-man roster. "It's high but it's realistic," DeCastro said. "I'm just excited to get out there."
