"We're working on it. Again, let me tell you this, worse case will be beating the deadline, which will be March 1st. But we hope to do it a week or two before that deadline. Everyone is working very hard. I'm very excited and pleased with the progress that folks are making in terms of working this deal out. It's complicated.
