On Saturday, Smith was asked about the performance of 293-pound defensive lineman Will Tukuafu in his role as a fullback in the preseason finale. Smith smiled. He heard one of Tukaufu's blocks, he said, from 80 yards away: “He was crushing people. You could hear it, you didn’t have to see it, you could hear it. Pretty impressive.
