If I were a betting man I'd say Tim Lincecum is going to figure this out. I doubt there's anything wrong with his arm if he can consistently hit 91-92 mph, as he did yesterday. He doesn't have Steve Blass Disease because he hasn't forgotten how to throw a strike. He's just a guy with complex mechanics who, for the first time in his life, is having trouble making all the levers work to the point that he can repeat his delivery consistently. That in turn affects his confidence. It's fixable.
