According to French paper, L'Equipe (www.lequipe.fr/) Everton's Marouane Fellaini is set to finalise his move to Chelsea next week. "Marouane Fellaini will be a Chelsea player this week. The 25-years-old will sign a 5 years contract for 27€M and 5M€/year according to the French paper." Fellaini moved to Everton for £15m in 2008, and has flourished under David Moyes.
