Here's what the #Bucs have been doing to ensure Darrelle Revis is ready for training camp next week
Revis had been rehabbing his torn ACL with the Bucs at their facility throughout the offseason, but that's not been the case during the past several weeks. Players were cut loose last month until training camp, leaving a five-week window where Revis would be away.
But the Bucs didn't give up oversight over their $16 million player. Head trainer Todd Toriscelli, and Revis' personal trainer in Arizona, have been working hand in hand to manage Revis' workouts. The relationship is been such that Toriscelli has traveled to Arizona in the past few weeks to see first hand how Revis was doing.
He returned and reported back to Schiano that everything appears on target, and Revis is expected to practice next Thursday, probably in a limited capacity. The exact nature of what he'll be permitted to do will be determined after he reports.
