In the middle of an interesting Reuters piece on why Mitt Romney is not even sealing the deal with Southern Whites in some cases, comes this nugget of wisdom:
"Other than the military, everything that's government-controlled is screwed up," said William Clarkson, a retired postman who was rooting for the Lynchburg Hillcats, the city's minor league baseball team, on a sweltering afternoon."
Anything jump out at you? Perhaps that the guy made his living as a postman. And he is now "retired," meaning he is likely on Social Security and Medicare.
There is simply no amount of explaining to people like this that will get them to realize that 2+2=4 and the Earth orbits the sun.
Also, Mitt Romney killed bin Laden.
