The Man Can Talk

Out of the many oral and written discussions of how The Man From Hope can give a speech like a...well, you know, this is the best one (see link below). I think it gets to the heart of it. Bill Clinton to speechmaking is like Beethoven or Miles Davis. His is a work of improvisation that is easily genius. He doesn't just read from the teleprompter, he converses with it.
