Last season was tough for Francisco Cervelli in Triple-A, but in hindsight, it may have been for the best:
“It made my mind stronger. I kept learning that nothing comes easy. My life has always been the same. I just have to keep working. Keep working and someday I’m going to have the opportunity to play every day. That’s what I want. Right now, I just want to keep learning and do the best that I can.
"Right now, I look at the past and I think it was the best. Maybe last year, the first two months in Triple-A was bad. The frustration, you don’t understand it in the moment, but when you have a little time and you think a little fresh, you realize things happen for a reason – and always a positive reason.”
