Is everyone inspired to eat healthier during the summer, or is it just me?
Maybe it's all the eating outside (or maybe the threat of having to dawn a swimsuit at a moment's notice), but I find myself cooking a lot more fish and veggies this time of year.
This Sesame Seared Wild Salmon over a bowl of Quinoa, Kale, Leeks, and Broccoli is making my mouth water. I'm putting together my shopping list to make it as soon as I get done typing this post!
