J.D. Power gives Apple a 5 ("Among the best"). No other vendor gets higher than 3. So who is Apple among best of?

J.D. Power and Associates reports that iPhone ranks highest in customer satisfaction by a wide margin. "For the ninth consecutive study, Apple ranks highest among manufacturers of smartphones in customer satisfaction." Not only that but it outranks the others by a wide margin.
